About our products

All of the art work offered by us is made in Israel.
Most of the items can be found only on this website.

At Jerusalem Artists' Company we specialize in decorating your home, enhancing your holidays and celebrations, and offer you an exciting variety of art and gift items, all made in Israel. Your friends and family will be happy to obtain through you items from the place that cares.

Our extensive selection of contemporary, decorative and useful Bible inspired gifts will bring to your home and office an authentic atmosphere rooted in the city of Jerusalem.

Sizes/Accuracy

In Israel we use the metric system. However, as many of our customers abroad use inches to measure, we translated the sizes into inches. Please note that the conversion is not exact, and sometimes there may be a slight discrepancy.

Please remember that most of the items on this website are hand made. As such, the item that you receive may vary slightly from the product in the picture.

We can also provide you with your own private labels.

Shipping and handling

Jerusalem Artists' Company will ship your order to any location in the world.

After proceeding with your order, Jerusalem Artists' Company will send you the total cost of shipping your order to any required destination for your approval prior to sending the goods.

Shipping charges are in US dollars. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed on international orders.

If you need or want something and cannot find it here or if you have seen something elsewhere and would like us to try to obtain it for you, call or e-mail with details of the desired product.

About our time schedule for delivery

Since all our products involve hand work, we proceed with your order as follows:

Within 2-3 days from receipt of your order we will send you a notification of your order and a time schedule for delivery.
Producing, quality control inspection, packaging and handling your order takes approximate 30 days
All orders are shipped according to your preferred method of transportation.

There are three possibilities for transportation:

For a small order we use EMS, Speed Mail Service Door to Door. Approximate time en route is 3-7 working days.
For medium size orders that are time precious, we ship via air freight. Approximate time en route to the United States is 10 working days
For large orders, we ship via sea freight. Approximate time en route to the United States, is 24 working days.

We can assure you will do our utmost to send the goods as soon as possible.

Order and Payment

If you're not quite comfortable shopping online, or would prefer to make your purchase via telephone, write us an e-mail and we will make contact by telephone on the first business day after the order is submitted in order to get the necessary information.

Payment may be done by wire transfer, bank check or Letter of Credit. If you prefer to use a check, the check should be payable to: Jerusalem Artists' company. (Personal checks have to be approved before we will ship your Items).

Regular payment terms are as follows:

Upon sending your order an advance payment of 30% the total amount is requested.
The remaining amount due for your order is requested to be sent 60 days from date of Bill of Lading (The date the goods leave the country).

Return Policy

Jerusalem Artists' Company is committed to having your order arrive in excellent condition. Therefore, in case of damage, a full refund will be provided for unused items returned to us in their original packaging.

You may return merchandise within four weeks of receipt of your order. The item should be in its original packaging.

We would like you to be fully and completely satisfied when you do business with us. Whether you are a first time customer, or a loyal long-time customer, we want you to order with confidence.
